If your starrting out or a master Tech.. Keep a few of these around!! Either it be a Repair tech or Master Mechanic, keep at least 2 of these around at all times..-Accurate-Tough-Battery Life is A+++-Stock Leads are Decent and take abuse-Very simple... Get a good Fluke meter when you can, but always keep 1 of these in the car, 1 in the shop and 1 in the house, and if it gets lost or stolen? then you lost $10-15 and not a $500 specialized Meter. Most of the time you need to know Voltage/Resistence and continuity.. but they'll also work good enough that I repair Graphics Cards and detect sub-ohm shorts with this little meter.. enough said.Aneng 8002 Forever!! -Neptune_Labs

As a hobbyist working on electronics projects, the ANENG AN8002 Multimeter has been a fantastic addition to my toolkit. It is a true rms digital multimeter that provides accurate readings and is incredibly versatile, making it easy to use for a variety of tasks. One of the things I appreciate most about the ANENG AN8002 is its versatility. It has a range of functions that make it suitable for testing voltage, current, resistance, and continuity, among other things. This makes it a great tool to have on hand when working on electronics projects or other DIY tasks.Another great feature of the ANENG AN8002 is its compact size. It is lightweight and easy to transport, making it a great tool to take with me when working on projects outside of my workshop. The multimeter also has a built-in kickstand, which is handy for setting it up on a workbench or table. However, there are a couple of downsides to the ANENG AN8002 that are worth noting. The plastic casing feels a bit light and cheap, which could be a concern for those who use their tools heavily. Additionally, the screen scratches quite easily, which can make it difficult to read at times.Overall, I would highly recommend the ANENG AN8002 Multimeter to anyone who is looking for an affordable and versatile tool for use with electronics projects or DIY tasks. While it may not be the most durable or rugged multimeter out there, it is perfect for hobbyists and those who need a reliable tool for occasional use.

This meter is great for the price. Found to be very accurate. Large digits on screen. Continuity beeper is fast and latched. I did NOT need another DMM but it was so cheap and had tons of positive reviews everywhere online so I bought one. Construction is not the best. Not heavy duty. I would reluctantly use for high energy electrical use. I will be very cautious with 120 volt AC use. Leads are pretty flexible. Only down side is it's fuses are odd size. I will be converting fuse holders to standard size fuses.
