This shirt fits true to size. It is light weight but not " cheap". I have not washed it yet but I would suggest a delicate setting to keep it looking nice.

Got this to help with constipation from a GLP1. After looking at many, I liked this one for the wide base and options for foot placement. I sit on it as well. I didn’t think I would use the arm bands but do like them.I also chose this one for the flat base vs one with accu puncture points and very glad for it. And was below my price point.It does what it says, it shakes you 🫨. I used it twice today for about 5 min each time on level one. I felt weird, nauseous and a bit dizzy when I got off it but the feeling fades in a few min. I was kinda expecting my body to react that way, so just make sure you check with md or are away how vibration will effect you.It’s quieter than I expected and that’s great being in an 2nd floor apt.The cord is short, so you need to be near one or get an extension cord and if you plan to use the remote buy 2 AA batteries.Will update if it helps with what I hope 🤞

Well, if you have ever stood on a vibration plate, you know what this does. It holds my weight along with my holding other weights. Holding a weighted squat with weights and vibration will remind you your muscles are alive when you notice how you feel the following day. It vibrates fast enough at full speed. The reason I gave this four stars instead of five is because of the cheap remote. It works sometimes and I have to smack it to work other times. It is not relieable and often unresponsive. Aside from the remote it is a well made piece for equipment well-suited for my home gym.

I like this machine very much. It's really suitable for me who doesn't like sports. I stand on it for 10 minutes every morning. I feel that my stomach is a little smaller. This is really good for people who don't like sports.

These are soft, comfortable and fit well. The shirt washed well and kept it's color. I always look for Anrabess brand because I have never been disappointed with them.
