After receiving the hose, I was very happy with it. It looked well built, identical to the original and even the mechanic liked it too. But after only 5 days of installation, I noticed the engine behaving differently, then I opened the hood to inspect the hoses and, there it was, the hose part that warms the gases coming o ing from the valves;” FULLY DETACHED “.Obviously that made me really upset and dissatisfied with the quality of the product and I hope the seller can consider it as manufacturing defect and sends me a new one. I believe there has to be some kind of warranty to cover this problems and hopefully will be done ASAP. The car is malfunctioning, and needs to be fixed soon.The seller A1, has to consider that we base our purchasing decision in the recommendations and experiences given by the previous shoppers and either, positive or negative feedback should matter for them.Hopefully somebody from this company pays attention to my problem and takes care of it. I will update my review if something comes up.I included self explanatory photos to this review.04/24/25UPDATED REVIEW.Well, things have changed. And it is fair for A-Premium to say the whole story.I emailed A-premium since I read online that they offer warranty in their products. The person who helped me said that the warranty should be with Amazon, and he gave me clear instructions on how to ask them to honor the warranty. I did as he said and, after 2-3 days I was finally able to reorder the hose, free of charge with a code that Amazon gave me.At the beginning was very upset, but finally realized that unfortunately things happen sometimes and, when A-Premium was able to take care of my problem Thru Amazon, I felt that my purchases are backed up by the warranty; and I have bought and buy a lot.After receiving the new hose will review again the performance of the product.
