It works really great with what I intended it to do. Am like a free lance mechanic and I work on a variety of different cars and this tool came in handy. I must say it's help me a lot it is very sturdy, and I have no regrets.

Very high-quality drives here. One of the best features of this product is the carrying case or track that the hex drives fit into. I would possibly buy this just to store sockets in the future. It can easily be faceted to a workshop wall for easy access extremely well designed. Back to the hex drives, they are high-quality and would be great for anybody that is a woodworker or mechanic. My only complaint yet it doesn’t drop the score/ review at all is I think I could’ve done without the H17. That size is extremely large for my use but maybe it’s a common size for something else I’m not sure? The set comes with sizes 3, 4, 5, 5.5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, (skip H11), 12, (skip H13), 14, (skip H15), (skip H16), and 17.I would absolutely buy again. I hope this was helpful.

This is my go-to set. I use it all the time on my MC repairs. Has every size I have ever needed and they are pretty tough. Used them on axle bolts and really tight screws and they have not twisted or distorted in any way. Set nice into the bolt heads and never stripped. Have had them quite a while now and use them all the time.

Although not a direct comparison of quality with tools you will find on a Snapon, Matco, or any other tool truck, this set will come no where near breaking the bank, while getting the job done without issue. I have been using a few sets of Ares sockets for awhile now, 6 days a week as a technician, and have yet to come across an issue with the quality.
