I love this phone so much! It is perfect to represent my humor about being required to have a landline because of a home business.

Phone worked great for about a month. Now it has an extremely loud and high pitch buzzing, therefore you cannot hear the other person.

5/5 for style. Period. I like the look, and for the space I wanted to put it on, the wall mount is perfect. I don't like how lightweight it is compared to actual ones. That's ok, it's not real, it's a dupe. But, if it was heavier, especially the handset, it wouldn't feel like it's gonna fall off so easy. The dials work great. Oh, and I kinda wish the receiver and wall cords were a teeny longer. But, for the overall experience, conversation starter, etc, 5/5. Easily.

I'm old enough to where I grew up with a real rotary phone in my house. The shape and style of this phone is a modified version on a desk phone and a wall phone. They morphed both concepts together and came up with this phone. The rotary dial itself makes a somewhat similar sound to the actual old phones, but slightly different with an overdone rattle when you turn the dial. The finger holes are also smaller than normal adult finger size. Makes it feel a bit cheaper to me.For some reason the the mouthpiece and earpiece of the phone handle come off with a partial turn twist. Not sure the point of that. Otherwise it's just a standard plastic shaped phone handle. It comes with a two foot coiled cord and does havea rotary dial, but obviously true rotary with analog signal does not work anymore, so it does a digital signal for each number, which is the only way a house phone can work anymore. My issue is the back of the phone. I have a standard phone wall jack and the plug for it sticks out about 1/4 inch which is also standard. The phone does not have any recessed spot on the back for the phone to hang on the wall with this standard configuration. It also does not have a way to hide the cord that runs from the wall to the back of the phone. My other issue is that it comes with two stick-on hooks that you stick tot he wall so you can hang the phone on that. Then I guess you just have to let the main cord hang from the wall jack to the back of the phone jack. It's got to be close enough also for the small provided phone jack to reach it also, or else you 'll need to find a longer cord.I do not have a standard flat sheetrock wall around my phone jack. I have a flat stone design on my wall, so they hooks caanot adhere to them. This phone setup is not going to work for me.I think it could be a fun novelty phone, even with its odd morphed retro design, but the limits in the ways it can be installed are quite a limiting factor.
