I was hoping that these might be made out of magnetic sheet, but they are just thin card stock with a small magnet on the back. These are pretty cheap, and if you have students handling them frequently they won't last long. I could make better ones myself, but they're still a good value for the price and saved me the time of fabricating my own.I purchased two sets, one to use as advertised and another to label the days of the week on my large classroom calendar.

Bought these for my Grandma who has trouble knowing the days of the week. She's able to move the days every morning and keep up with the days of the week. I bought my set from Walmart before they sold out- and I also REALLY love this for teaching my kids the day of the week. :)
