I'm not exactly tech-savvy, so I'll save others like me the hassle. I ended up purchasing this monitor last minute when I discovered that the remote location where I'll be working doesn't have an extra monitor available. The price tag was tempting, especially since I won't be using it frequently, but I needed something pronto. To my dismay, upon attempting to set it up, I encountered an issue—it simply wouldn't work. The screen displayed the image I'm sharing. After digging deeper, I discovered that it requires a USB Type-C connector with DP Alt mode capability to function properly.

Todo chido con el monitor, solo que me llegó un producto usado, abierto y con dedasos en la pantalla, salía de viaje al siguiente día y no pude devolverlo, pues viajaba conmigo el monitor, la verdad bien, se a comportado bien, super funcional y práctico.

I was nervous about my purchase as there have been some other postings that turned into horror shows. However, aside from the obvious fact that the box had been opened previously, there were absolutely no issues with the device or any of the contents. It was like-new. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product and with Amazon's refurbishment process.

I knew I was ordering a renewed unit but it was missing the warranty card and quick start guide. There was no documentation of any kind included within the box to explain how to connect and set up the monitor. The ESD sleeve that the monitor ships in was shredded and poorly taped back together.The product photos make it appear that it comes with or has an integrated kickstand to hold the screen up, but it's just the protective sleeve that's folded to hold it up. Not exactly secure and I've had a hard time keeping it angled in a way which I can see the screen well but also not fall over. Also, there is nowhere to safely store the USB connector cable. A pocket on the outside of the sleeve would have been helpful but the only choice seems to be either put it in the sleeve and hope it doesn't scratch up the screen or stick it in a bag and hope you don't forget it when you need it. It'll work for my need of having a secondary monitor I can transport with me for when I'm working from the road but there appear to be much nicer options with integrated stands or which mount onto your laptop directly that are only slightly more expensive.
