I mean...the buttons are kind of key to making these work.. There's nothing for the straps to connect to. I see other users have buttons so I must have received a defective pair.

I ordered this in a size larger than I wear normally. It was too small. It’s also sits too far down your body

I absolutely love these shorts. They’re a little snug in the waste area but it’s nothing that I can’t deal with I am 5’4 “ n 175 pounds. I Purchased an extra large as stated per my size because I thought it would be a little looser but it does run small. I would say if I could lose about 5 pounds it’ll be loose Lol. Like that’s going to happen in the summer time Lolthey are awesome and I actually have the long pant version which is exactly the same fit. I would say definitely buy them they’re awesome and look really good and are very comfortable and very good quality made
