I have at least a dozen of these. Use them for layering, sleeping, working out and best of all they don’t wrinkle! I just toss them in a drawer and wear. Wash and dry no problem. Gave my husband 5 over the holidays, he loves them too.

I’ve been wearing this shirt while mowing my lawn. It is very light, stretchy, stops the sun, slows the mosquitoes, and the white color reflects some of the sunlight which helps to keep me cool.No complaints here, although personally I would like to see this shirt in a Husky cut.

I believe this shirt oss used in a number of ways: swim shirt, hiking shirt, fishing shirt, running shirt… All with the goal of skin protection. I use it for motorcycling and it has worked like advertised. The thumb holes are helpful to keep full coverage of my wrists and upper hand, and does not interfere with my leather riding gloves. Highly recommend to riders who want skin protection in warm to hot weather.

Wore this for a portion of a marathon. Needed something that had spf and would feel clingy or hot. Has a pocket that is flush with the side seam that came in handy.

Einfach Suuuuuper, ich habe das TRX-Rip Widerstandsband heavy im Garten an einer einbetonierten Stahlstange angebracht und habe mir selber den TRX-Rip Trainer geschweisst und das Training damit ist der Hammer,.. Super für alle möglichen Arten an komplexen Übungen wie Schlagen, Badeln, Werfen. Core wird super damit beansprucht.Als Anmerkung sollte vielleicht gesagt werden das schwächere Menschen, Frauen sowie Männer mit der stärke schon ihre Probleme haben, da ist schon ordentlich Zug drauf. Von mir 5 Sterne. Lieferung erfolge Problemlos.Aja habe es seit 2 Jahren im Einsatz und ich erfreu mich wie am ersten Tag.. : )

普段のフリーウェイトでは効かせられない体幹の鍛錬に効いているようです。you tubeには、痩せた人がゴムの張力に負けて倒れる動画が投稿されていてますが、強度的には、体重がたぶん70キロ以上ある人なら、もってかれる事はないと思います。普通に真面目なトレーニーの方々には強すぎると言った心配は不要です。スターターセットには、張力の弱いゴムが標準装備ですが、これはさすがに非力な女性や高齢者向けの弱さでした。
