Had trouble with leaking

These valves are junk. I returned the first one due to a defective actuator, but I couldn't get it or the replacement that Amazon sent to seal properly. The fittings that came with the valve are loose in the threaded connections. I purchased high-quality fittings from my local industrial supplier, and they will not seal properly in the threads, either. I even tried eight wraps of teflon tape, and the threads still leak air. After doing some careful measurements with calipers and gauge pins, it turns out that the threads are not tapered! They're just ordinary cylindrical threads. It's no wonder they won't seal. They are advertised as PT (pipe thread) but they are not. I'm giving up and spending real money for real valves from an industrial supplier.
