I purchased this adjustable frame for my elderly mother. It’s a solid frame…very sturdy. Upon arrival it was damaged during shipping (see photo #1). Upon contacting Amazon the seller replaced the item and I had it within 2 business days. a few things about the frame: as you see in pic #2 up near the head there is a bump. That’s where the frame lifts and I thought it would be super uncomfortable but my mom says she doesn’t notice it. It lifts smoothly and quietly. Also the adjustable legs are amazing to make the height to what she needed. I noticed upon looking at the first frame and the second replacement frame; the frame itself was the same quality; but the remote to the second frame seemed like a newer version than the first one; also the metal bar at the end of the bed that keeps the mattress from sliding off was different, and the placement of the lifting motor was on the opposite side. None of those things impacted the quality or usability…I just wondered if the first frame was an older version? So far my mom has used it for about a week and she really loves how she can elevate various areas of the bed for sinus issues or leg /foot discomfort. I really am glad I went with this frame. Also the under bed light and memory settings are a great feature.

I have had this adjustable base for a few weeks. Yes it is worth the price.I have a cat and looking at other beds I was concerned. Pictures under the bed showed wires and modules on the floor.This bed does not have that issue. Every wire is bracketed under the base. The ONLY wire hanging out is the one you plug in. The remote is really well made and very responsive. It also has a STOP button to stop any moment immediately.The vibration comes in three levels of intensity and is actually really good, especially on the back.I used a 12inch hybrid mattress i already owned with no problems. The height adjusting legs were very helpful.It is heavy. But all the adjustable bases are heavy. UPS delivered mine with no issue and was easy to put together.This is such a great base we are thinking of getting another one.

I am totally pleased as to how well this Queen adjustable bed frame is constructed. The hardest part was removing it from the packaging. Simple instructions took all of the guesswork out of the assembly. Just decide how tall you want the 6 legs and hand screw them to the frame by hand. Simple attachment of the power supply to the frame lead wire, then just plug-in the power chord to the power supply. The mattress foot bracket just slides into the mounting holes without any nuts or bolts. No tools are needed at all. Yes, it is very heavy. You should have someone help you move it around and into the bedroom. The wireless backlit remote control is simple to use. I have not programmed the memory 1 and 2 positions yet (very simple). After I have slept on it several nights, I will program position 1 for watching TV and position 2 for sleeping. Even though you have programmed positions, you can simply touch a button on the remote to slightly adjust any position. I really like this Irvine Home Collection Queen Adjustable Bed Base. You will too.

I just received my adjustable base 9/28 a couple of days early, which was the beginning of a good experience. The base was heavy, and at first seemed complicated. However, that couldn’t be further than the truth! It was very easy to “put together”. The base is sturdy, moves with ease, and the massage isn’t very loud. I have back, neck, shoulder issues, and for the first night, I noticed some relief! Very happy with my purchase. 😊

I reviewed for hours, Amazon, Google, City mattress, YouTube , etc. etc. Then the wife & I debated another week about purchasing an extended warranty, buying Chinese, etc. etc. To say I did my due diligence is an understatement TEN fold!Irvine collection was the result....... and I did SUPER SWELL ;-) It's now been over a month and I can confidently give it an honest review. A++ SOOOOooooo Happy with my massaging, adjustable bedframe. $$$ WELL spent, no Chinese horror story's, no hard to read instructions & super easy assembly for this 6' handyman. It is over 100lbs but that's $6 a pound sturdiness. Do yourself a favor, buy local (USA), buy Irvine & be happy!Good night!!!PS - If it's assembled right and you tie strap the module and wires your vibration mode won't be noisy. I know it's asking a lot especially for any millennials reading this but you get out of it what you put into it. You can't study for common sense but you sure can beat it to sleep with a good night's rest on an Irvine adjustable bed.
