El producto llegó bien, en buen estado, cumple su función, un poco de tiempo de espera en la entrega, pero todo en orden, solo faltaría valorar la duración, por eso le doy 4 estrella por todo lo demás bien.

Battery cuts out and drill stops. I need to remove the battery and reinstall for it to work and sometimes it doesn't. I switch back to my original Milwaukee batteries and drill works perfectly. Gave 3 stars overall because I contacted the company they are supposed to send me another one but not sure when. So service was good so far.

Came broken (internally). Battery is just dead. Company is hard to deal with. Can't seem to get an exchange for a new unbroken one. Bought a 2nd at the same time. Seemed fine till the 3rd charge and the battery itself is shutting off under light loads. I would stay away, Seems like a scam.

I purchased two of these batteries with the Milwaukee inverter to operate my CPAP machine while I travel. One battery only charged up once then died completely and will not take a charge. The other battery will only operate my CPAP machine for about 3 hours before it requires recharging. However the inverter uses power to operate and will probably require a heavy use battery. The good battery is now in my battery stock to be used cordless tools.The company has since contacted me and said they will ship me a new battery to replace the bad one. In my opinion, customer service after the purchase is far more important than a faulty product. Faulty electronic products are uncontrollable and not all companies would go this far to fix the issue.

Bought product...was fully charged....went to check it....2 months later...down two bars....and will not charge......total waste of money and time.....have 10 milwaukee batterys and never had a issue....really disappointed in product...and now I can't return....sucks . seller will not return response...amazon will do nothing......
