As the headline states: Solid PerformersI own a number of 3rd party Milwaukee batteries thanks to the Vine Program. This is another affordable and inexpensive battery that works well with the Milwaukee system. Batteries fit well in all my tools and chargers and have very good power reserve.

These batteries that are substitute for Milwaukee M18 work quite well. I use them quite often and sometimes they are exposed to fairly cold temps. No issues so far.

They got a good life time on the batteries and they charge pretty quick. They are not as good as the Milwaukee brand batteries but at the price point you can't really argue since the benefits of buying a name brand battery is very marginal compared to these.

Both test out at 3.5ah, better than most knock off batteries, but still not 5ah as claimed. Cheaper than legit 3ah Milwaukee batteries; still a decent deal of you know what you're getting into.

I am trying to separate comparing the performance and construction against genuine Milwaukee batteries because I think that is a bit unfair since they cost 4x as much.With that in mind, they seem to perform about 90% as a Milwaukee battery. They don't feel quite as rugged, and the capacity might be a bit less, but they work, charge in my Milwaukee chargers, and power my Milwaukee (genuine and non-Milwaukee compatible devices) well. All of this at about 1/4 the price of genuine batteries. That is a solid win in my book.If you insist on 100% genuine Milwaukee performance, buy the Milwaukee batteries. I am guessing like most, I only tend to get new genuine batteries as part of a bundle or special when those come up for a tool I suddenly 'need' as part of a project. At least, that's how I justify in my mind (and to my wife).I like them. For the price, they are well constructed and have excellent capacity. If I align my expectations with what they are and account for the price, they are a great value and deserve 5 stars.
