I purchased two of these faucets from Amazon based on the 4.6-star review. Faucets came with their supply lines. We enjoyed it quite a bit for almost 7 months of use. Last night around 2:20 am, I woke up with a waterfall sound (super loud). The supply line internally broke off from the valve squirting water everywhere under the sink. The connection was still there intact. My bathroom was quickly flooded with hot water. Luckily we were home and acted fast to stop the potential water damage to the rest of the house. The supply lines provided with the product are defective or not USA industry standard. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I am hoping the seller reads this and contacts me to resolve this issue since the return window has closed.Updated after Seller response:Seller didn’t resolve the issue. Didn’t really understand what happened, doesn’t really want to fix it and/or seems to be just blowing me off. Their product failed to the point of potentially causing thousands of dollars in property damage and they just said “ok we will try to improve” instead of offering at the very least a refund. BUYERS BEWARE IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR HOUSE TO FLOOD AND LOSE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS $$$$ TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Easy to install. Required assist of another person to hold faucet in best position when I was tightening it down to countertop. The supplied water hoses are 16 inches long, but one sink had the hot water shut off/access was offset under the sink which made the 16 inch length just a bit too short. Easy fix, went to the plumbing store and bought a $4 extension hose. Works perfectly! I like that the water now comes out to the middle of the sink which makes it nicer for brushing my teeth and washing my face. Very pleased with the look as an esthetic upgrade.

Update: I've had this installed for about a year and the finish on top of the faucet handle is starting to peel off. Thank goodness I'm replacing it because it looks bad. And for it to last less than a year is unacceptable.I've only had this in for about a month, but so far it is working well. I had a friend who's good at plumbing install this and it didn't take very long. He said all the pieces feel sturdy and was amazed when I told him what it cost. So far, I haven't had any leaks and it works really well. I love the waterfall look -- very sleek.The only bad thing is how loud it is. I saw other reviews mention this and didn't think much of it, but it is the loudest bathroom faucet I've ever heard. I don't get why it's so loud or what they could do to make that better, but if you need a quiet faucet, look elsewhere. It doesn't really bother me that much but I notice it each time I use it. It's one of those things you don't think about until it's an issue. And oddly, the more you open the faucet up, the quieter it gets. But I don't like to do that because my sink isn't very deep and if I turn the faucet on all the way, there is a lot of water splashing around my sink. (Note to self: buy a deeper bathroom sink). Also, that just wastes water.Overall, I like it and am glad I got it. If I ever do a high-end remodel of my bathroom though, I will find a quieter faucet.
