I use this for sleep to prevent teeth grinding and it has been tremendously helpful. I use it during the day as well as needed. It is comfortable, fits well.

I had ordered one of these mouth guards earlier for my oldest for football and then my youngest wanted this kind for football too. Came super fast. He loves the color he got which I got to say is really nice. Both my kids says these are the best to use for breathing and feels really good in the mouth. No cutting or rubbing on the gums and inside cheeks like what they have used in the pass. Best thing no boiling water then putting in and then molding to mouth.
