I just received these ramps and installed the top plate. They seem like they will work fine. But the package is missing the "steel rods" that are supposed to be installed which the safety straps can be attached to. There does not appear to be a method to inform the seller that these items - which are described in the last picture in the product description - are missing and to request that they be mailed to me. Only a return is offered. Due to this inability to communicate a simple fixable missing part issue, I am choosing a rating of 4 stars for this product.

Worked out well for loading/off-loading my riding mower! Wish the handles were a bit mor sturdier. Nylon mesh handles would be better and last longer. But overall, good solid product!

We used them to unload a large lawn tractor from a U-Haul truck. They were easy to maneuver and worked perfectly.PROS - They are very long making it easy to load and unload with a gentle slope. They fold easily for storage and have handy carrying straps. The price is right.CONS - The only con, really, is that the "tread" on the ramps is sharp and I did get some minor cuts handling them at first. It's my fault as the manufacturer did supply gloves. I do suggest wearing gloves when handling these ramps, but that should be common sense. It really does not reflect poorly on these ramps.In closing, my husband and I highly recommend these ramps. They are a great value.

Portable and fits well. Length as expected. Works as it should. Great value!
