I needed to replace a much-loved broken tea mug and bought this one. It arrived sooner than expected and is pretty and practical with it's 12 oz capacity, strainer/infuser, and lid. Perfect for many different types of teas.

I bought this twice because I liked the design. The first time it broke, I blamed myself thinking maybe I wasn’t careful. The second time it started leaking for no reason whatsoever, possibly because this isn’t really dishwasher safe. Lasted less than a year each time.UPDATE: The seller contacted me and acknowledged that their manufacturer made mistakes during the production of this mug, resulting in bad sealing and eventual leakage. They also sent me a new mug to make up for the last two that leaked. Their customer service was great, which is why I'm changing my rating to 4 stars.

Was very pretty but it broke after 2 uses. They wouldn’t replace or refund! Would never buy from this company again😡😩

It's a beautiful mug and I was really enjoying using it for my morning tea, but on Day 3 it cracked clear through and down the whole side when the boiling water was poured over the tea leaves. But the good news is that the merchant reads the reviews and saw my one-star review and offered me a full refund! I accepted the refund and ordered another Bico mug just like it but in a different pattern (red bird), because I love everything about it and want it to work out. So far, it has. Wonderful size, excellent diffuser, and beautiful to look at. I recommend it, and if there's a problem just reach out and receive satisfaction.
