Very solid, well built bar. 2 piece design, easy assembly. Does have some weight, 5 pounds or less, (I did not weight it). Overall 5 star. Amazing product.

I used it with resistance band , if you don’t used in harsh way it would not break. Low price resistance band for starting out .

Excelente calidad , no muy pesada y facil de llevar contigo a donde sea. Se puede usar para muchos ejercicios sustituyendo varios aparatos o equipo, busca videos en Yout para darte ideas. La SUPER recomiendo !

La barra funciona perfectamente para ejercicios trx, los enganches de los lados giran con un cojinete. Alternativa más barata 👌🏻

This bionic bar has been a nice addition to my resistance band workouts at home! I stumbled upon this will looking for attachments to use with my Looped Resistanced bands bad had previously saw something similar with the BodyBoss system but buying the bar alone wasn’t optional.I’ve seen other brands on Instagram but they are $100-200, so I’m pleased I found this for a fraction of the cost.It’s a sturdy bar, that unscrews at that center. The band that arrives with it is a good starter band and allows for various exercises, curls, overhead press, upright rows, push presses, etc.I’ve used it as an attachment to my loop bands for back rows, pull downs, twisting core movements.
