I cannot stress enough how great these hinges are!! My only wish is that they come with a template for installing them but nothing You Tube can't solve. I installed them on our hidden door and it holds the weight needed. They swivel with ease and it was very easy to install them! Heavy duty and built to last!

No bells or whistles. No boxing or packaging other than simple plastic. Mine didn't come with instructions but I have installed these before. Seem to be good quality machined metal, not pot metal. They appear to be rather sturdy. I will compare these with my other $80 ones that came with instructions, packaging etc. Only time will tell if the $20 will keep up with the $80 ones.

This rotating hinge is exactly what I needed for a Hidden doorway into the attic. It's a small lightweight door I'm using. This kind of hinge I can mount the door flush and make the door itself appear to blend into the wall. I don't think I'd use this hinge to hold a heavy bookshelf as a hidden doorway. For a single standard door it works fine
