To avoid any confusion as to the product description herein under review, the actual product description as posted by the seller on his Amazon marketing webpage is: Blooming Jelly Womens Business Casual Tops Button Down Shirts, Dressy Smocked Peplum Blouses, Trendy Summer Outfits 2025.Price-point during this review: $19.99.This polyester and spandex mix fabric garment is very lightweight, 'stretchy', opaque (as in non-see-through) and a delightful item for general all year-round 'casual' wear...except probably in areas with cold winters.IMO, its possibly best 'fashion statement' case can best made by the snazzy-looking, two lengthy vertical pleats found on either side of the simple, yet practical button-down shirt's front. It makes for a more casual-look, as well as providing a little extra 'wiggle-room' for those times a few extra pounds suddenly emerge.Likewise, I especially like the two short-sleeved, 'golf-shirt-like' elastic gripping features in which the sleeve ends adhere onto the user's arms. It gives it an added elegant, cosmetic-touch that further enhances the aforementioned 'casual-look'. Of particular note however, I notice in this vendor's Amazon marketing webpage that the young lady modeling this shirt has thin/skinny arms, and therefore the 'look' I just mentioned tends to diminish the elastic-clinging sleeves' overall effect - - meaning that I find it both a distinct distraction and a not too functional feature for someone with similarly lanky, slender arms (in that the sleeves are simply 'flapping freely' in a somewhat 'floppy' manner). While this observation is not a 'deal-breaker' in my wife's case - - as she has much more ample upper arms development - - I thought I'd nevertheless mention this possible issue seemingly exists, which, if applicable to some buyers, would, to my mind, distract from the overall 'feel and look' of this otherwise very elegant-looking, fine-fitting, casual piece of goods.Color-wise, it's offered on Amazon in four different popular colorations, and the seller offers an informative size chart for, based on my wife's good luck with her selection, reasonably accurate sizing information.Excepting for my previous 'floppy' sleeves mention, my wife and I rate this item at a top 5 stars' level, as perhaps the manufacturer/designer intentionally made the sleeves a bit wider in order to accommodate the average woman's arm thickness measurement. No matter what, we both feel that this observation on my behalf is not worthy of docking any stars from its top, two 'thumbs up' evaluation assessment.

This beautiful white business casual blouse is perfect for both casual and formal wear. I like it because it flatters the figure and the fabric seems of good quality.

This a very pretty, flattering blouse. The cut is very nice, with the shape going in at the waist, and I like how the sleeves look too. I got extra large, per the size chart - I'd suggest looking at the measurements on it - they seem accurate as far as the fit. Mine seemed like it was opaque enough, but it's black - I'm not sure how white would look. But anyway, I really like this and I've been wearing it a lot!

I loved this blouse from the picture but was unfortunately disappointed once it arrived. First, the color pink is definitely different than the photo. It is more of a dull deep rose color. I found the fit to be not very flattering on my body. I ordered the appropriate size of XL according to the provided sizing chart. I am 5' 7 1/2" curvy with an hourglass shape. The shoulders fit well, and the sleeves were comfortable and not tight at the band. My chest is not abnormally large, but I had two big gaps between buttons. It did not fit tight around my breasts at all, so I believe it may have just been the stretch in the fabric causing the gaps. The waist gathered in the back and did fit lovely. I do appreciate that it actually sits at my natural waist and not right under my breasts as so many styles tend to do lately. The peplum bottom just seemed way to big and did not lay in a feminine way on my body. It kind of just hung, not exactly draped. In saying all of this, I must also point out that the craftsmanship of this blouse is outstanding with no irregular seams or stray threads. The coordinating buttons are a perfect match in color to the fabric which does add a touch of class to this blouse. I have come to love Blooming Jelly brand swimsuits and clothing, but this one missed the mark for me. So, perhaps this blouse just was not for me as I see many others that are thrilled with this well-made top.

This short sleeve button down shirt is nice quality and the fabric is a mid-weight polyester with a crinkle texture. The style is flattering and the smocking in the back creates a slimmer silhouette. The sleeves fit my muscular arms comfortably without being too tight. The only drawback I have is that it looks a little matronly on me. The product photo makes it look more youthful, but on me it didn’t feel that way. Overall, this is well made and a good basic style to have on the closet for work of casual wear.
