I am many others have receivers filters that are not of the same quality that came out of our units. The filter I received is of the same quality that others have taken photos of, the carbon mat inside is not as dense as the old one, and the filter paper is not the same quality, therefor it will not be effective, I do have a new and distinct smell in my room after running the new filter for 24 hours. Last but not least, the filter itself it cut too short, so it is not fitting tightly, allowing air to leak into the machine and past the filter material from top and bottom. I am absolutely disappointed and feel ripped off by counterfeit product. I purchased a genuine filter from the manufacturer, being sold on this listing and have been ripped off with fake goods.

Love these filters, as I have dust mite allergies and these help a ton. Maybe I made a mistake ordering but this filter only fits my older air purifier. I need to look deeper into this but Amazon swears this size works for the models I bought. Maybe I was sent the wrong model? Idk. Whatever, I can trim them down to fit the smaller ones so it’s fine. It’s not a circumference issue it’s a height issue.

I used to wake every morning with a congested stuffy nose, and I do not do this since using the allergen filter. I still had a big problem with the regular filter which the allergen filter fixed.

I bought these knowing they would be good. I bought a highly rated off brand hoping they would be good. They were ok, but not as described. I returned those and kept these.
