The gaskets are cheap and there are 5 of them. I cannot comment about durability.

I needed a replacement sealing ring for my Oster blender. These are silicone, flexible, and seal tight. An added plus- this blender came with 2 containers- one regular glass and one plastic personal size for smoothies and such. Stay with me… I had saved the base and cutting blades from my first blender after that motor was damaged. So now I have 2 blenders ready to go with base, ring, and blades! And still have 3 unused sealing rings for future replacements (if I don’t lose them).

Do not buy these. I would give these no stars if I could as they do not work in my Cuisinart blender. Their function is to prevent leaks and they promote leaks. I've gone through 4 of them and they have all resulted in liquid all over my counter. While installed and the blender jar is screwed tightly into the base, these gaskets have also come loose inside the blender resulting in bits of plastic in my smoothie. This has happened twice. AVOID!!!

Pleased that the rubber gasket did fit. I have yet to use the blender so have fingers crossed that it won’t leak

My “Osterizer” is the old bee hive model and I am the third owner. I am guessing it is 50 years old and fund perfectly even though it has one speed and a simple toggle switch fit on/off. The replacement gaskets fit perfectly between the glass mixing container and the metal blades. No more leaking base!
