Perfect size for my media in a wet dry application. Bought the ones with the zippers on accident.. but pleasantly surprised.

I bought these filters for my grandson as replacement filters for the ones he used for his fish tank. These were a little larger and we didn't know the quality so we were hoping they would be okay. My grandson was very pleased with the filters and he said they worked well.

The particle can came out of the tiny hole unable to cover up by the zipper. Pretty much need to fold it in to prevent it from happening. Kind of defeat the purpose of having the entire bag.

I decided to try using activated charcoal in those mesh bags for my cats fountain as those small filters they sell fur them really add up in price and they barely work a week before getting slimy. I add some activated charcoal to this bag. Rinse till black is gone and out where his filter goes. I squish it in. It works way better than I thought it would. No more slime. Water clean. Our car loves it. I then did same for my water fountains and bird baths. I tucked them under rocks or hid them and a month later still no algae or slime. No more having to waste money on the algae killer chemicals or any chemicals. Water is completely clear and looks great! Highly recommend these!
