If you're like me, you want to know one thing: Does this OEM pump work as advertised and arrive in good order.Mine is working seamlessly thus far, arrived well packaged, including foam protection on a vulnerable extension.Highly recommended!

Found my washer was not draining, door was locked, and control panel was not responding. Checking the error code led me to a failed drain pump.Replacement was easy and straight forward, just remember to use something to catch the water or it will make a mess. I used a cake pan.Once the new pump was installed, I put about a gallon of water in the drum so the pump wouldn't start dry and to allow me to check for leaks. Everything looks good and the washer is back to working properly.

This was an exact replacement for a bad pump in my whirlpool front loading washer. It was very easy to replace. I watched a YouTube video online how to swap it. It was so easy and it fixed my issue of the drain cycling ending without emptying. Perfectly easy and fast delivery.

Washer kept throwing a intermittent drain code. I decided to try a new pump so I picked this one and its been working perfectly for over a month now. So problem solved, wife is happy and I avoided a big purchase of a new washing machine. Very easy to install.
