it fits, but it does not work with the HTC's Vive wireless adapter's antenna I cannot speak for the quality in other uses but do not get this for this specific use

After adding the cable my iot device earns dropped almost 25%. Bad buy on my part as it will just collect dust in a closet.

I didn't examine the pictures closely enough and had never seen this cable standard before. The write up states it is for extension of many types of antenna and equipment. In fact, the RP SMA spec means it is reverse polarity. It will not connect to standard SMA fittings. The female connector also has a female center connector, and vice versa. A standard co-ax of any kind I have encountered has a male center connector stub in the female fitting, with the male fitting having a female socket for the center. I am an Extra Class amateur radio operator and work constantly with all types of co-ax. Be absolutely sure this is the cable you need and not a standard SMA cable.
