I Purchased two sets of these. These Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells are easily one of the best additions to my home setup. I was tired of tripping over mismatched dumbbells and wasting time swapping plates mid-workout. These solved both problems in one go.The dial system is super smooth—just twist to your weight, lift, and go. It feels a little like unlocking a cheat code for home fitness. Whether I’m doing quick supersets or full-body workouts, it’s fast, efficient, and keeps things tidy.Build quality feels solid, and the grip is comfortable. The weights click in securely, so there’s no rattling or sketchy movement during use. It’s also way more compact than a full dumbbell rack, which is a huge win if you’re working out in a smaller space.Yeah, the price isn’t cheap—but when you consider you’re getting 15+ sets of dumbbells in one, it’s totally worth it. Creo es el mejor kettlebell de entrada. Con un solo aparato puedes hacer varios ejercicios.

Die Bowflex SelectTech Adjustable Dumbbells (24kg) schienen die perfekte Antwort zu sein – und sie haben mich nicht enttäuscht!Ich trainiere seit einigen Jahren hauptsächlich mit freien Gewichten und habe im Laufe der Zeit eine beachtliche Sammlung an Hanteln angesammelt. Diese nahmen jedoch viel Platz in meiner kleinen Wohnung ein und machten das Training oft umständlich. Die Bowflex SelectTech Hanteln versprachen, dieses Problem zu lösen, indem sie 15 Gewichtsstufen in einer einzigen Hantel vereinen.*** Das Training mit den SelectTech Hanteln ***Die Gewichtsverstellung erfolgt über ein einfaches Drehsystem. Man wählt die gewünschte Gewichtsstufe auf jeder Seite der Hantel aus, hebt sie aus der Basis und schon kann es losgehen. Das Wechseln zwischen den Gewichten geht schnell und unkompliziert, was besonders bei Supersätzen oder Zirkeltraining ein großer Vorteil ist.Die Hanteln liegen gut in der Hand, und der Griff ist auch bei höheren Gewichten angenehm. Las instrucciones son claras para sabes cómo puedes y no puedes usarla, el peso es decente y al ahorra mucho espacio al ser ajustable

Estaba buscando algo que tenga varias medidas o pesos y esta es una buena compra.Tienes varias pesas, cinco en total. 18kg el máximo mo pero para iniciar es bastante bueno.No tengo que tener varias para hacer un mismo trabajo cuando ya cargar todo ese peso pues es necesario comprar otros, pero para eso necesitas otro tipo de pesa este tiene otra trabajo.Es durable y se siente bastante bien la verdad vale la pena el precio y mas por que no necesitas mucho espacio, la acomodas en un rincón y quedo para otro día.

Este producto me ha ayudado a enriquecer mi rutina, esta bien hecho y de buena calidad, el manual es bastante claro y tan sólo hay que seguir las recomendaciones. En el futuro desearía que el fabricante saque versiones con mayores pesos y con diseño más robusto.

Mi review es de la pesa rusa, o "kettlebell", y estos son los pros y contras que le veo.Pros:- En una sola pesa tienes 6 pesos diferentes.- Ahorras muchísimo espacio.- Es muy fácil cambiar de peso.Contras o áreas de mejora:- La cubierta al ser de plástico muy delgado, se siente frágil, hay que tratarla con cuidado.- De 11kg se brinca a 16kg, es decir, no hay nada en medio y brinca 5kg, que me parece mucho.- El "plato" que queda abajo sosteniendo las pesas que no se necesiten, también se siente fragil.En general estoy contento con el producto, aún con los detallitos que menciono.

La verdad la pesa si esta algo cara, pero el día que lo compre estaba en oferta y me salio "barata" y la verdad lo vale, te ahorra mucho espacio y es muy facil de usarla

Buen producto muy practico evita tener varias pesas de diferentes tamaños. El primer pedido se perdió en paquetería y al Bene ver la fecha de entrega se reportó a servicios de Amazon y fue reemplazado inmediatamente sin costo . Gracias Amazon excelente servició

Okay, I bought 2 of these. Changing the weights works 'alright'. It really doesn't work perfectly. Especially not when you're in a workout and thus probably shaking / sweating / heavily breathing. In that case changing the weights won't go as smooth as you'd expect from a dumbell at this price level.The concept is great. But the materials used are insanely weak. It's all plastic. If you want to enjoy these dumbells for a couple of years, you'd better treat them as if they're made from glass. So no bumping, no dropping, and always using great caution when putting them back in the base, or when changing weights.Not what you'd want with dumbells. I seriously don't understand why Bowflex doesn't improve the materials they use. Or actually, I do understand. Bowflex is probably just in it for the quick sales.
