I thought it would be bulky and screw up my gag reflex . But it makes breathing so much easier.best mouth piece I have ever had.

I honestly love these, and the biggest reason is they are perfect for my purposes. The USAT now requires clear or white mouthguards, and I prefer that my taekwondo students have doubles. These are perd er cr, especially since they fit over braces! Yes, they can be hard to mold, and snug, but with some adjustments they work.

Great mouthguard for contact sports. This is the second one we have purchased. Easy to mould and went over sons braces great. I believe this lessened the severity of a concussion during football. I won't buy any other mouth guard again!
