This was an easy upgrade for the kid's bathroom! not only does it require FAR less water than they usually waste - but it also requires little to no cleaning since no hands are touching it! That's possibly the biggest win in my book - I dont have to clean it every day!! lol It was fairly easy to install and came with all that I needed for the install.

The item was well packaged. The instructions seem pretty good. I cannot install until I replace what I have in the wall. I have the Flowtite "push/pull" so I cannot simply screw these new lines on. I will update once I replace those with new turn valves.Update...I installed this (not my first faucet)...it leaked all over...I made sure again that everything had plenty of plumbers tape and was tight...leaked everywhere. I ended up taking it off and throwing it in the trash and reinstalling the faucet I had. sad.

Plan some time to install this - it is much more involved than your typical faucet. You have to install the water lines to a mixer, which installs to the electric valve, and then install another line to the faucet. You also need to put in wall anchors to mount the control box and run the wires. The instructions could be better, but they were suitable enough that I figured out how to install. The faucet itself is beefy with nice chrome - the only thing that feels cheap is the plastic box that houses the controls. I like the fact that this can run on AA batteries so I didn't need to install a wall outlet under my sink to run it. The sensor works well and stays on as long as you have your hands in the stream. It shuts off about three seconds after you remove your hands. I like the appearance and it feels like an luxury upgrade to my bathroom.
