El reloj es excelente, llegó sin ninguna ralladura, llegó con cargador genérico, sin duda volvería a comprarlo.

I originally had a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic 42mm Bluetooth/LTE from Best Buy that was an open box for over $300 at the time. I happened to be looking for a smartwatch for my girlfriend when I came across this amazon renewed Galaxy Watch 5 Pro for a fraction of the price (under $100). For that price, I decided to get it. The condition was described as excellent. I guess theres one higher rated condition they label as pristine. I was a little skeptical, but when I got it, I was really impressed. It looked as if it was refurbished to new condition. There were no signs of scratches or wear. I put a screen protector on, charged it, powered it on and went through the setup process using a backup of my other watch. It transfered most of my settings and data over but I had to tweak the layout of my tiles and watch face to make it the familiar look and feel of my old watch. The charger that came with it is a 3rd party unfortunately, but I have an OEM Samsung charger so that doesn't bother me too much. I do suggest you spend the extra money to get an official charger or for a few bucks more, a quick charger as I have not found a 3rd party charger that charges as fast as a Samsung one. Also note that during the setup, you will drain quite a bit of battery. I went through about 40% during my setup. After I went to bed and woke up with still having a significant amount of battery life. With some proper settings, you can expect to see a full day or 2 before charging it. This watch is a little heavier than my old one, but is also a little bigger and has a larger battery, so that's expected. I smacked my old watch on many things and expect this watch to be just as durable, especially with the thick frame it has. It connected to my phone seamlessly and was able to disconnect and reconnect without any issues. I tested the speaker, screen, microphone, buttons, Bluetooth connection, and charging without any issues. I didn't test the water resistance. I did purchase a 3 year wearable protection plan for this watch just in case something were to happen, but the durability of these watches, I don't expect to ever use it. Hope this review helps you.

El producto llegó bien en muy buen estado sin ninguna rayadura en la pantalla, no viene en su caja original y viene con un cargador genérico.

Muy bien con estos productos renewed.Básicamente un reloj de gama alta con un atractivo costo.Este en particular viene cuidado, estética real de 9 y funcionabilidad de 10.Respecto al cargador y cubo son genéricos pero funcionales.Recomiendo estos productos ya que comprar usados en la calle suele ser peligroso y sin garantía.

Fantastic watch, like a new condition. It come with aftermarket charger and rubber bands (Not showing in the picture I post)The watch arrived 15 days earlier then what it was scheduled as I choose the cheapest shipping option. Arrived within 3 business days from USA to Canada and I didn't have to pay any duty or customs. I give it5 stars and I'm very happy with My purchaseKeep In mind this is a US version so if you're from Canada, the Samsung Pay will not work with Canadian Credit card.If that's a deal breaker for you then make sure to search for a Canadian Version.

Llegó bien empaquetado y la caja no presentaba ningún golpe a pesar del gran recorrido del envío. No llegó en la caja original y el cargador es un genérico pero luce como nuevo. El reloj sólo tiene una leve rayadura pero es tan imperceptible qué solamente porqué le andaba buscando cualquier defecto lo noté pero ni teniéndolo cerca se llega a notar pero dejando de lado éso, el reloj luce cómo nuevo. Efectivamente es la versión LTE (En la parte de atrás dice el modeló y tiene la leyenda LTE y también en el sistema lo comprobé) y cómo consejo para el que sé quiera animar a comprarlo... Antes de elegir la versión gris, leí los comentarios y noté qué solamente los que se fueron por la versión en negro tenían el problema de que les podía llegar la versión sin LTE.Sólo me faltará comprobar la duración de la batería pero si presenta algún problema actualizará mí reseña pero del restó estoy muy felíz con el reloj.

El equipo llegó antes de lo esperado, no tiene ningún indicio de ser reacondicionado parece nuevo, la batería dura más de 2 días. El único detalle fue el cargador que trae, ya que no soporta carga rápida. De ahí en fuera excelente compra.

I got this watch 3 days back and i am using it now. I must say it matches all my expectations and after an uear of release it is worth to buy. The strap i got with this was completely used and had some scratches on it so i decided to buy new one. Now, I am using spigen case band for watch to give a ruff look.I hope this review will help all the buyer's.

Me deje llevar por los comentarios buenos, en general funciona, batería está funcionando bien, correas originales, cargador genérico, en estuche genérico, el reloj es lo que no me enamoró debido a que tiene muestras de uso, cristal a pesar de ser zafiro según Samsung tiene unas microrayas, el metal de alrededor muchos tallones, y la.parte de atrás muestra de desgaste por uso así que me hace pensar ese reloj fue utilizado mínimo un 50% de vida útil en estética le doy un 7 de 10 , lo único por lo que vale la pena es por experiencia de usarlo sin gastar lo que vale nuevo pero ten presente te lleva algo usado en buen estado, no usado en excelente estado o casi nuevo, con el negativo de que aparte es renovado, así que en mi opinión personal no compraría de nuevo un producto renewed de amazon ya que no es lo que me agrada tengan tantos detalles y correr ese riesgo no lo vale, salvo que te mandarán sus accesorios originales y fueran más cuidados en estética , pronto su iré una actualización y fotos de como se ve

Es un reloj bonito y de muy buena calidad 👌Lo que no me gustó es que la aplicación para tomar la presión no funciona en México.

La apariencia y estado del reloj es como nuevo, cero rayones y golpes. Funciona a la perfección. Me llegó con cargador genérico y en caja genérica.

I had a Galaxy Watch 4 that was finally deemed unrepairable by Samsung Care+ (A nightmare and a half to deal with). They offered me a cash pay out as they had no stock so it was a toss up between the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and the Watch 6 Classic 47mm.I went with the Pro 5 refurbished for the price. This is a Samsung Refurbished product and not third party. The watch came in original packaging, however the wall adapter they also included doesn't support Samsung fast charging so it takes twice as long to charge.Overall i'm very happy with the watch :)

It's a good watch, but there are some disappointing experiences:1) First time I went for a run and wanted to test out the cellular connection, it overheated and told me to wait. This happened twice since I've owned the watch, and it's usually been on actually hot days. I do have a protective cover, so that may be part o the problem.2) Run tracking is buggy...sometimes. I often start my run from my front door, where my watch has a connection with either my WiFi or phone. When I start a run from this location, it always seems to have trouble determining how far I've run. I'll be 3 minutes into my run and it will say I've done a mile (I wish!). If I bring my phone with me, there is no issue. If I drive to a trail and run it does perfectly fine. I have the feeling their run tracking is using a WiFi rough location to start my run.3) Spotify. This won't count against the watch so much, because it's probably mostly a software issue. I would think it's a pretty good chance that using Spotify with headphones while you're not around your phone is a pretty good use case for a cellular watch. This does work, but it's really not intuitive to use. Sometimes the Spotify UI will just sit there and not tell you whether it's trying to play something, or if it's loading, or whatever. You can literally sit there for minutes fiddling around trying to figure out what Spotify is trying to do. Sometimes when it does work, the events are delayed. For instance I may have chosen a song 10 seconds ago, and gotten no feedback from the UI, yet it will eventually play something.4) Google's apps aren't fully integrated. It's like they're still not fully committed to wearables. For instance, if someone is at the door, you will get a notification. Would you like to see who it is? Well, you will have to go find your phone. There are many apps that don't show useful notifications on the watch. There is so much opportunity to make wearables actually much better than they are, and it's frustrating that Google just doesn't put in the effort.That's pretty much the bad stuff. Now for the good news. When this watch works, it does a really nice job. The watch faces built in are really nice IMO, and you can customize them pretty well with useful shortcuts. (I added a shortcut to start a workout and another to set a timer). We do get Google Assistant now, and I've assigned mine to be triggered by long pressing one of the buttons. Google pay works fine for me. In my experience the battery is much much better than my previous Android watches, which removes some level of anxiety. The build quality is great. I am rough with my watches, and the screen on this one is pretty much scratch free at this point. I take this in the pool and in the shower, so absolutely no issues with water exposure. The workout tracking software is actually great when it is recording correctly.
