Based upon the reviews and revealing photos helpfully provided by other buyers, I logically thought that there was an EXTREMELY high probability that I would also receive a case in which the foam had not be properly cut. But, as you can see by the photo I've provided, I had the good fortune of receiving a battery case in which the foam had been correctly and completely perforated. Additionally, all of the foam cores had been removed and I was able to immediately insert my batteries. Given what's being charged for this AA & AAA battery case, all of its buyers should be receiving a properly perforated case, as I did.

I have the battery daddy, but I wanted something smaller for my rechargeable batteries. I keep them in my game room for controllers, remotes and videogame led lights, mainly. This thing fits the bill, perfectly. Ample storage, batteries fit snugly and the case still feels sturdy with a good amount of batteries and one of my chargers inside. Love it. Idk if it helps anyone, but I turn the batteries that need charged upside down until I can get to them.

Received item very quick with free shipping from Amazon.The organizer seems to be well constructed. Load 48 AA Lithium batteries and 18 AAA alkaline batteries.Nice way to store batteries and safely store them and prevent potential fire issue.The battery tester is a nice add on, can also test button batteries.Would buy from vendor again if need arrives.

I love this case, and you will, too!This is handy. I've had several different styles of battery storage cases before, but this one reigns supreme. Most are plastic boxes that fit batteries, but this one utilizes foam cut-outs for each battery and holds both AA and AAA batteries.Its soft shell is pleasant to carry and holds the batteries in place well.The best part is that since the batteries aren't just stacked one on the other, it's fast to grab what you need and close it back up.I also like the little pocket on the opposite side of the battery storage. It is perfect for holding a few odd-sized batteries. I put all my CR2032 and other watches/small electronic batteries in it, and it keeps them well.PROS:Holds many batteriesFoam cut-outs make putting batteries in and pulling them out quick and easy.The lid's pouch allows for storing miscellaneous batteries, including 9-volt and watch batteries.CONS:It's annoying that they didn't spend a few minutes pulling all the foam plugs out of the holes when it was manufactured, but it only takes a few minutes to clean it up. They're cut out well; you must remove the insert and pull the plugs out. It's a one-time thing and takes a few minutes.
