These are cute (as pictured,) and come in a nice box for gifting, but the actual socks are very thin. I'm so glad I took them out and felt the material before giving these to the grad I had originally been thinking of. She would have never worn these cheap feeling socks. Luckily I know other people graduating this year whomight be less discerning. I like the idea, I just wish the socks were thicker and softer. Other colors would be great, too, but black and gold is a reasonable default color scheme for graduation. I don't wear expensive socks myself, but I don't think I have a pair this thin and cheap anywhere in my sock drawer.

These socks are so cute! Got them for a family friend whose daughter is graduating high school. I think novelty socks are the best gift because they can be worn anytime, are quirky, and also fun. These socks are good quality and should last awhile with regular use. The pattern on them is super cute too!
