The advertisement as to the dimensions of the product is accurate.Coolness factor = 10/10. This is a “gadget” no doubt and you just have to appreciate the cleverness to really enjoy it which I do.Pros: It is very stylish; It’s perpetual; Requires no batteries; Sturdy acrylic design; Easy to wipedown if you are writing on it with dry-erase (which I do).Cons::- You have to manually maintain it;- You have to use “some” brain cells to adjust it (😊);- I put a piece of construction paper behind it as the acrylic makes the numbers harder to see;- Haven’t had any issues with the black slider piece but seems like it could fall out over time.

It's cute, but waaay to hard to read with the clear acrylic. If you knock it over, the sliding pieces can slide out and get lost. I had hoped for it to be an easy reference for clients when they are signing documents, but alas not.

This perpetual calendar is a good idea, inadequately executed. The concept is simple enough: You align the top “weekday” bar with the corresponding dates below, depending on the date the month begins. Then you continue to follow the weekdays with the dates below so you can use this as a monthly calendar.A few problems arise, the largest being that the numbers are difficult to read in the clear acrylic, depending on what you have in the background for contrast.Another problem is the “week” and “month” bars are prone to slipping or falling out of the brackets, so you have to handle this very carefully and make sure it is properly aligned. But the biggest problem, as noted in a package insert, is that each month has 31 days because of this design, so you will probably wind up referring to a regular calendar often for shorter months. The “solution” described in the insert makes no sense. As a desk calendar, this doesn’t quite make the grade with me, but as an art object, it will do. I don’t see myself using this regularly as a calendar because of the problems I have described.I am giving this perpetual calendar three out of five stars because of my underwhelming impression of it, but I will revisit this review in the weeks and months ahead if my opinion changes.

It’s cute. A bit smaller than I was wanting. Almost returned it, but all others like it are to big. If your looking for small it’s a nice add to your desk.
