This is such a beautiful product that is made to last. The stand is heavy-duty cardboard with thick, spiral-bound pages which flip quite easily. The print is quite large so it is easy to read even for the elderly or for people with vision problems. All of the affirmations are in Spanish. Each sentiment is positive and uplifting. I keep this on my desk and use it daily to lift my spirits in the midst of a really difficult year.

These are strong daily affirmations that are useful and believable, unlike some I have seen. I can’t speak Spanish but I can usually read it (I had Latin in high school) and it’s fun to look up translations and see how close I got.Beautiful, brilliant graphics. I misread the description and thought these were Bible verses. I was looking forward to something this colorful because the verse calendars often have very muted, bland colors.But no - these are modern personal affirmations. I flipped through them and see that they are in harmony with the Bible. I can read them in combination with my Bible calendar because they are affirmations that help my personal growth, help improve my life and the lives of others.
