I wasn't aware I was gonna have to wire everything inside and out. Maybe my fault not reading everything, but you will also need to purchase other items to complete it. Including electric wiring, caps, screws everything.

This water heater is easy to install. It easily keeps water flowing hot in our 3BR 2.5BA home. We can run both showers, the washer, and the dishwasher at the same time with no issues at all in hot water availability. This is very cost efficient and works as it should. This is a quality water heater at a fraction of the price and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend.

Bought a few months ago. Was easy to install. It’s worked perfect for my 3 bedroom and a loft, 2 bathrooms, 1500 square-foot house. I never run out of hot water. My electric bill has gone down to a fraction of the cost. Have tons of space in my mechanical room. This took the place of a 40 gallon water heater.. ❤️

this has been actually rather difficult to have installed. it definitely requires its own power source, or it needs to be on its own breaker. unless you already have that level of extra energy just hanging out in your current breaker box. this is a big deal. it's a heavy duty heater and it now serving our family reunion property, running the kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor spigots. it doesn't see a lot of use considering this is land that isn't lived on, but it's certainly holding up its end of the bargain after all that extra effort to have it installed. needed an electrician and a plumber but it finally got installed and we are very pleased with it so far

I like the display on this hot water heater. It makes it easy to keep an eye on things and ensure that things are working properly. It is perfect for our 3/2 house. I do suggest professional installation, to make sure it is done correctly. This provides hot water on demand without having to pay to constantly heat the water all day long. It really is a money saver, as well as a space saver. I am very happy with it.
