I was apprehensive about buying this but I'm glad I did. Some people have pics of the desk boards not fitting...I had the same problem until I figured out the main support posts were placed incorrectly. After they were turned, you can see the results... everything fits! The directions need to be followed and pay attention to which way the holes need to be facing on the main posts and other tricky pieces. It was packaged well and withstood the bumps of shipping. It's pretty sturdy and has a nice quality framework. The lighting will need some masking tape to hold it up...I had the same problem as with other strip lighting, no biggie. Good value and easy to follow directions. My daughter has taken up residence on it since we put it up.A good addage is look twice at diagram and put it up once.

I waited a few weeks to write my review to make sure my son had time to break in the bed and I have no complaints! Super sturdy, makes no noise. The LED lights that are included have weak adhesive and the remote doesn’t come with a battery so I just used my own LED lights. Assembly took a few hours. Overall great space saver he needed a desk and a bigger bed so this checked all the boxes. Definitely recommend.

Is it a good bed? Yes. Does my son love it? Yes. Is the design great? Yes. Are the directions difficult and occasionally missing numbers? Yep!It took two of us about 4 hours to build and there were moments I wanted to throw it out the window piece by piece but all in all, it turned out great. The led lights fell down within 30 minutes and the remote does not come with a battery unfortunately. Some good double stick tape and it’ll be fine. Being a full size bed, it has a large amount of space underneath and really helped us combine a game room and a bedroom. The guard rails are great for going up the stairs and sturdy. Would I sign up to build this bed again? Nope! But my son will have a great bed until he goes away to college!

The bed is nice and solid for the money. As an intelligent person who has remodeled an entire house and put together much furniture together in the past, the directions were a struggle. You had to look several steps ahead to know what they were getting at to be able to put things together. Power tools a must.

Ok so the assembly is a true task but the end result is worth it. Great bead, lots of space and super cool - my daughter loves it.
