Used the suction cup to remove a recessed light bulb approximately 14 feet up worked as advertised. I was a little worried the bulb would fall off and bust, worked great for me.

The product came with two items , that i do not know what to do with, because there were no instructions within the box…

The package came with no instructions. You need to connect all of the pipes first, but then the one for the handle base piece doesn't stay connected to all of the of the others. Suction cup only worked if i applied double stick tape to remove the bulbs. When all of the pipes are connected, the top few pieces become wobbly. The suction cup issue seems to be a main concern regardless of what brand you buy.

Very difficult to screw or unscrew bulb. The pole sections will unscrew before the bulb does.i consider it a waste of money. Not recommended.
