I needed to attach a light with a 5/8" mount to a ceiling and this works perfectly. It may not hold something heavy, but it's perfect for my application.

I was a little skeptical after I saw a review that said Neewer lights didn't quite fit onto these, but no issues with that for me. Worked perfectly.UPDATE: They worked so well with the first set of Neewer LED lights I bought 6 more to hang even more lights.
