I use the Canon PGI-220 BLACK ink for my Canon MX870 printer. It works well and lasts. The printer is a quality printer that does a better job than most. While the ink is getting a bit more pricey it does work well.

Por el servicios prestado, llegó dentro del tiempo programado. Es muy difícil conseguir este producto en las tiendas de Guadalajara.

It took a lot longer to get this three-pack of ink than I had expected, but in the end it arrived intact. I only use genuine Canon ink in my current printer, after messing up previous printers with 'refills' and 'compatibles' that led to smudging, clogs, and other problems. Yes, it's expensive to buy genuine, but I find the quality and smooth operation of the printer make it worthwhile.This three-pack is nicely priced, and does the job superbly. I've been averaging one 220 tank every six months or so.

I purchased these genuine Canon ink cartridges (3pk PGI-220 black ink along with the 4pk PGI-221 color ink)for the third time from Amazon Fullfilment Warehouse because I have learned the hard way. I have replaced a couple of good Epson printers due to clogged print heads and leaking compatible ink cartridges. Yes, genuine ink cartridges are expensive and yes, compatible ink cartridges are supposed to save you a few bucks. In reality, both are false and here's why. Printers are now cheaper and much better than a few years ago because they use smaller dropplets of ink to deliver a smooth and rich print. Compatible ink cartridges for some reason just DO NOT deliver the quality control to compete with the GENUINE named brand. Even the black print is uniform and the color ink is vibrant, your printed mater is crisp and your color photos look alive by using GENUINE named ink cartridges. Yes, genuine named brand ink cartridges are expensive about the price of a good printer but that's the price you pay for QUALITY CONTROL and in the long run that is priceless. I thought I would ever say this, but when your printer becomes clogged and or leaking from "cheap" generics your headaches and cost start adding up quickly besides your blood pressure. Your lost time for a printed assignment or a photo job just stopped cold because of clogged print heads and or leaking cartridges. If time is crucial, you will pay more to purchase a new printer, buy genuine ink cartridges (if all is available in one store,) the driving around, the gasoline, the parking, the long lines, add time (in hours or days) and lots of money. If time is not of the essence Amazon has the best prices for quality printers and genuine named ink cartridges. I will never compromise again in time and money, Amazon delivers to my house, great genuine products, great warranty, pay no taxes, cheaper than retail prices, and FREE SHIPPING. Why would I buy anywhere else? THANK YOU AGAIN, AMAZON for a super deal on a super genuine Canon ink product!
