Unit does work after updating the software. I played with it for over a hour and got no further then the initial screen. I mainly wanted it for hdmi input. It does work great on my firestick maxx. I should not have to play with it for a hour to get it to do anything. I even factory reset it from the pin hole twice. I was just about to box it and return it when i figured out how to update the software. Upon completing the update it works for hdmi. I was not able to get into car play but i assume it is becuase i am using a samsung flip phone (android) and not a iphone.also for those complaining the audio is out of sync check the application you are using for audio delay settings. I use tivimate for my television and nova player which has movies loaded from a usb drive attached to firestick. Both these programs allow me to delay the audio so the video and audio are in sync. As for netflix i have not found anyway to sync this program. This is the second type of these devices i have used in my 2023 sierra. Both devices have the same audio video sync issue.

I connected it to my firefly device and had everything that I watch at home while we drove to Denver, Colorado and the Phoenix, Arizona from Houston. Texas worked extremely well.

This Doesn't work; it didn't come with the ADAPTER. I'd like a refund asap

Got it 4 months ago and it paired and worked great. Fast forward to now and it doesn’t want to pair and hookup, done everything it says on the technical page yet still won’t work. Reached out to the company and as of now zero response. It does say it has a 12 month warranty but that means nothing if the company doesn’t return emails.

So what I love: kids can watch on screen, it’s pretty clear, sound is as it should be, pretty easy to connect, functions as it shouldWhat I don’t love: had to buy extra cords for it to work with my phone (iPhone) and like three cords seen for this to work.I will be buying another one for my other vehicle but I really wish they could make it work without so many cords
