So far I like these muffin tins. I got so sick of greasing the heck out of my aluminum ones and then prying out whatever I baked in them, but I don't like Teflon-based nonstick. My first time baking with these Caraway ones the muffins practically popped out on their own they released so easy and it wasn't terrible to clean them by hand, although I would always prefer using the dishwasher. They are quite heavy but have good, wide handle areas. The green finish is a forest green rather than a sage or minty/aqua green.My two gripes are that the color was not as expected (I really wish they would show better photos--and names--of the colors!), and that they were waaay overpackaged. I mean, I just paid 50 bucks a pop for these pans, so I want them well protected, but 7 boxes for two pans is just nonsense. I guess I can appreciate that they were recyclable cardboard rather than more plastic waste, and I would honestly buy them again (in a different color) and recommend them to others.

We’ve been using other Caraway products for about 2 years and when it was time to replace my muffin pan I decided to go with Caraway. I have zero regrets! You get what you pay for. This muffin pan is not only beautiful, but it’s heavy duty, high quality, bakes food evenly, super easy to clean and just as easy to store as any other pan.

Buying the whole set. I love these pans! Easy to cook in, clean and esthetically pleasing!

Glad these nontoxic pans exist and that there is a warranty with review. I wish I had know about this when I purchased my other Caraway pans.
