This was a perfect replacement key fob case for my 2012 grand caravan. There are little metal contacts that broke loose on my original fob and this replaced them. It has contacts for all functions but my car only has door lock/unlock. It only took a few minutes to do the swap.

Item received does not match the picture shown. The contacts are not made as part of the rubber keypad as shown. The contacts are attached to a clear sheet of plastic that just lays between the circuit board and the rubber cover. I simply moved the clear plastic sheet to the old remote. Works Well, ordered another the next day. The contacts are technically switches and the OEM switches loose adhesive over time and shift. I would recommend trying because 1 remote had been acting up 18 months.

Key snaps together fine but does not snugly fit the OEM circuit board and the buttons did not work. The inside of the rubber button insert inside the key does not make adequate contact with the circuit board that locks and unlocks the car.

I bought a replacement keyfob and I have to say it was easy to program to my Jeep.

The button pad didn't line up for me, but the metal insert that goes under the buttons and the shell itself worked perfectly
