This little water system makes water taste fresh and clean and tasteless.....the way water should be. Keeping the tank full is the hardest part because I use the water for everything.... watering my plants, making coffee, cooking oatmeal. Everything tastes better with clean water. This system was well worth the cost. My only worry is finding the filters when it's time to replace them.*Update* A month and a half after purchasing, the system gave me an E1 error that I could not clear. I followed all of the instructions to the letter but the system would not work. I contacted customer service by phone and received a call back within an hour. The rep was very nice and listened to everything I spent two hours doing and then had me walk through the process again. After she determined that it was an issue with the water system she gave me instructions on how to request a replacement system. Within a week customer service had sent me a new system and I am finally drinking good tasting water again. The customer service is top notch and I would definitely purchase from them again.

Have to fill up twice a day. Pretty sure the wastewater ratio is a lie. * UpdateSupport team at stokk was very helpful and insightful. Also, gave me some tips for next purchase with them “ Before the first use, flush the whole water system according to the BEFORE FIRST USE instructions to ensure the quality of the water. 2. Before the first use of the alkaline water filter, soak the mineral filter for 5-10 minutes in advance to ensure the flow rate of the mineral filter. Please use the Half-pot or Full-pot button to dispense mineral water.”

The good news is I'm now drinking pure water instead of the nasty tasting stuff coming out of my tap. I could immediately taste the difference.The bad news is I can tell that this purifier is going to be a pain in the butt. Probably it's biggest flaw is the limited amount of water the tank can hold, it will require constant refills. The flap on the water tank opens in the wrong direction which blocks pouring in new water while standing in front of the purifier. The water tank can be removed and refilled but that is also a pain and I can tell if I did it enough times, eventually I would likely break something when trying to put it back in when full. The directions could have been a little clearer as well. Getting started you need to go through a flushing cycle, which I finally muddled through but clearer directions would have made it easier. It is also louder than I would like when filtering....but that is just being picky.For the price I have to wonder if I would purchase another one. Probably not.

Just bought this about a month ago. Everything seem going very well. Love the taste of the water. Easy to use, nice and clean look, come with a carafe as well. NO INSTALLATION & COMPACT SIZE.FINALLY I GOT SOME PURE GOOD TASTING WATER - 5 STARS
