Product does not work on 110. Never tried 240. It's a portable so 110 would be portable option. Included is the 110 adaptor. Not sure what's it's for. But may be defective all together. After ready reviews this is common. Choose another brand

I only have a two phase and earth supply, so had to turn off the RCD function to get it to operate, ( I suspect if I also had a neutral, it would have been ok).Currect is adjustable in 8A steps, but setting to 32 will only work if your vehicle charge controller runs at 32 A, in my case 16A is the max, but I am future proofed.The App is nice.The charge counter is also useful.

Product is helpful in a higher charging speed capacity. On/off control via app is handy. Did not install higher voltage socket for higher charging speed. Unfortunately, it is not recommended to change charging speed while plugged in to the vehicle. Another con is that plug is straight and not perpendicular, which causes the plug to pull slightly out of the socket due to the weight of the control box—this is alleviated with a small platform to support the box’s weight. Overall it does what I need at a great price.

Charger works great. The documentation can be improved. Specifically, it does not explain the center voltage shown on the display which tends to fluctuate between 12V and 6V. After doing some searching and testing, this is the voltage of the Control Pilot (CP) line. The CP line is the bi-directional communication line that allows the charger to communicate with the vehicle and is defined in the SAE J1772 / IEC 62196-2-1 standard. According to the standard, the CP voltage is 12V when the charger plug is not connected to the vehicle, 9V when the plug is connected to the vehicle and 6V when the vehicle is actively charging. Less common voltages are 0V (error condition) and -12V (fault condition). The standard also defines 3V as a valid voltage when a vehicle requires an exhaust fan be activated during the charging process. Happily, the charger translates the CP voltage into a more usable form on the display. For example, 12V corresponds to "Idle". Note that the voltage has a tolerance of +/- 5%; a voltage between 12.6 and 11.4 is acceptable for 12V. Mystery solved.

This charger works great. I have a 2013 Chevy Volt and this charger is perfect for it. After using it in a 120 V outlet for a could of months, I installed a 240 V outlet and couldn't be happier with the results. My car charges at 3.1 kW, which is the maximum.The app is not very useful, but that doesn't matter to me. I also wish the charger came with provision to hang it on the wall, even a couple of keyhole slots on the back would've been sufficient. As it is, I used some scraps of wood I had lying around to make a cradle for it.I would recommend this charger for anyone who has a car that works enough time parked at home that a level 1 or slow level 2 charger can keep it charged.
