The screws didn't go all the way in and so they fell off when I tried totransport something on it.

This moving dolly can be adjusted from a 16.5" square to 18.9", and 21.06" lengths to accommodate different size objects. I specifically liked the clean non-marring locking casters on all 4 sides that allow you to lock or swivel in any direction. Other models do not have locks on all wheels and this makes it difficult to take advantage of the wheel locks for maneuver around ; as well as firmly locking the item in place.The reason I rate it a 3 star is that it only uses 3 out of 4 mounting holes for the caster ; thus putting more pressure on the 3 bolts in the event the wheels need to jump over an uneven bump or surface. Furthermore the 3 bolts are poorly mounted into the base board with minimal threads ; thus making it a bit concerning that they may break from the attached boards. They provide a very small 4mm allen wrench to attach casters to the frame and subsequent boards; but they small bolt lengths makes the installation practically impossible to assemble ! I had to go out and get a 4mm long armed allen T-handled wrench to make it easier to get to the caster bolts and push down on the frame and mounting board , to find the threads on the mounting board and get them to bite and hold the assembly together.It would have been nicer for the boards to have been a bit thicker to allow for a more secured bolt mounting and designed in a manner to use all 4 mounting holes on the casters ; instead of just 3.As a result, I have mixed feelings about using the dolly for heavy torqued moves or on bumpy moving surfaces

My 25 pound under-table elliptical exerciser is never in my preferred location because it is too heavy to move. I bought this dolly to solve that problem and it works perfectly. The locking wheels make it easier to move the exerciser and they effectively keep it in place while in use. I would have given it a 5 but one of the longer wheel screws wouldn't work at all. Fortunately it isn't necessary for the dolly to do it's job. The other two screws hold the wheel securely. I do recommend this dolly.

Perfect, small and does the moving. However, the screws are not long enough and it's hard to get them to connect to the pads.

The assembly part is terrible craftsmanship terrible will update about usage
