Would not buy again because Ink cartridges do not work, printer says to reinstall and press ok. Have reinstalled several times and gives same error message. Purchased March 10, but just today installed the cartridges. Very unhappy with this purchase, does not work. Trying to contact company to see if they can be returned. This is SO FRUSTRATING, when you are needing to print, but cartridges do not work. Not only waste of money but waste of valuable time, trying to reinstall multiple times! These are not compatible with HP Envy printer!

This is a non-HP replacement ink cartridge that I've been using for years. The printer recognizes the cartridge 95% of the time. The one time that it did not, I contacted the manufacturer, and they replaced it immediately. I keep using the brand for the price, reliability, and customer service.

I have had poor experiences with remanufactured HP cartridges. This purchase was a very pleasant surprise. It got an acceptable alert from the printer software, something like remanufactured ink NOT something like 'not genuine cartridge' I saw for other brands.Reasonable quality of printed documents, however the inkflow is a bit excessive: reducing this slightly will lead to less waste, faster drying.Reasonable quality of printing photos even on high resoution, acceptable but closer examination shows a slightly poorer resolution compared to the actual HP cartridges.Overall, acceptable in terms of price/quality. I reserve a final judgement only after I see how long the cartridges last.
