The helmet is great. It's actual steel, so that is a relief (since a lot can be from aluminum). It looks the part and with a little polish this thing will while like no other. But...- The visor can feel a little clunky when putting it up or down.- There are (very) minor spots with slight oxidization.- If you're looking for a helmet that looks more sleek, turn this one down. It's quite a big helmet and is supposed to sit on bigger people for the proportions to look right.But overall, I paid the price and this is what I got. Personally I am very happy with it as I've always wanted a helmet for my own.IF YOU'RE INTO COSPLAY (and/or don't mine the flaws) then this is a great helmet. Cheap, but still reliable.

this helmet is amazing. I wore it to a Halloween party and everyone said it looked great. wasn't sure at first how to get the stuff off to preserve it through postage but I got it off in the end

This is an incredible value for the money! It is well made and sturdy. The visor is both movable and re-movable.Yes...it comes coated in oil...because it is shipped from overseas! Wipe it off! Yes.. some of the edges a bit rough...five minutes with some low grit sand paper and you are all set...There is a helmet liner built in for great support...Seriously...if this is a helmet design that you like to finish your armor rig...then this is the way to go!
