I’m generally satisfied with the product, but I encountered some challenges. The first was the necessity to remove my iPhone from its protective case to fit it into the designated pocket. Once in place, the touchscreen remained responsive, which was a relief. Additionally, including three card slots on the back was a thoughtful touch, providing convenient access to my ID and credit cards.My second concern was with the cord lanyard’s metal buckle. It arrived without any threading instructions, which led to some initial confusion. After some trial and error, I managed to disassemble one of the metal ends to thread the cord through. It required pliers to pull the end through and reattach it securely. Despite this hiccup, I appreciate that the lanyard’s length is adjustable and secured with a robust metal buckle.

I don't have to remove phone to use it!! Only case I have found that allows me to have badge on one side to get through doors, and phone screen in visible pouch that also responds to touch screen for text/work chat. Love this crossbody case for daily work use so I dont lose phone walking around departments all day, especially when no pockets in outfit. On my second case because I wanted another color. Both are holding up excellent to daily use for 6 mo+.
