Was cheaply made. Had to take the hardware off my old one to get it to shut correctly.

This product's material is VERY cheap, from the flimsy plastic skeleton to the thin leatherette to the tiny included screws. It is not comparable to the original equipment. I was able to get three of the four screws to line up and go in. I'll have to drill a pilot hole for the fourth. If you buy this, be sure to keep your original screws and hinge. It's better than having a busted up original, but just barely.

This matched perfectly & looks good, but the latch was broken on the inside when it arrived. My husband was able to take it apart & put the latch from the old lid on this one. That is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Really like the looks of the item, not as solid as original, but fits like a glove.Note: you will need a 5.5 mm socket and a phillups to do the change out. I have the 05 GT Mustang
