A few things are very wrong with this. First, it says that it is compatible with the DeLonghi LaSpecialista machine and while it fits in the porta filter, it is too shallow, so there is too much space between the filter and the spout and coffee splashes everywhere. Second, every time I try to throw the coffee grinds in the trash, I have to fish the filter out from the bin because it is loose.Now to the image. The site misleadingly shows two filters in the picture when there is only one. Also the ones shown in the picture are deeper than the actual one. I don’t give it just one star because it kind of works, poorly but it does.

Advertised dose size (2 cup) is not correct. The basket only holds enough dose for a single, not a double dose. Waste of time try and use this product on a Delonghi machine. Very disappointed that it was advertised as a 2 dose basket.

Ordered this because other 2 shots got lost but help, it doesn't seal without the black gasket in the 1 shot. Am I the only one?When i go to brew with either a teabag style pod or loose packed coffee, it just doesn't.

This needs to be replaced or up grades from the originOur machine quit working and replacing this cup made it worked again. Simple fix for a very expensive machine. Which by the way if you are a coffee drinker this machines is a must have.

It makes the difference when brewing coffee using a one hole to multiple holes. This is the right one.
