I own an incense business and have tried more grinders than I can count on one hand. Most of them under $200. Out of frustration with all of them, I decided to bite the bullet and try something more expensive.I am incredibly happy with this unit. In my industry, we need to get particles down to under 100 microns. And this machine with the smallest mesh screen in place gets 90% of my materials down to lower than 100 microns.I have ground up leaves, herbs, tree bark, and even wood with this thing and it doesn't break a sweat.A few tips/thoughts:1. Unless you want to spend $1,000 - $10,000 on a water cooled industrial grinder, you will have to work through the heating.2. To lower your heat and keep the machine running longer, I suggest running this in a cool room and having a small fan blowing on it. Any fan is fine but if you can get a cheap workshop blower fan for $30-$50, that's even better.3. You really shouldn't leave a piece of equipment like this unattended. It's powerful, loud, and needs to be monitored. So, you shouldn't have a problem having to hand feed this thing more material. It's designed to be attended to and not left alone.4. The bag that catches your material will have one end open. I would suggest something to clamp that end down. A strong alligator clam or bag sealing clamp would be fine. Not a big deal, but it's something to think about.

The bags for the filter and the opening have a very loose elestic doesn't hold and makes a mess have to use tie straps on mine. But the grinder itself is amazing

The product arrived on time. Works great at pulverizing dried herbs, dried barks, etc into fine powder I am impressed. The customer service is excellent, quick responses and follow up to my emails. All my questions were answered quickly and fully. Just remember the are 12hrs ahead if you are in the USA. Ensure that all your herbs etc are completely dry before grinding, once you follow the instructions in the manual you will be fine, I am glad I purchased this grinder!

Machine came in extremely well packed. the manual is practically non existent. It comes with 2 sets of bushings (yet nowhere does it say where they go or if I have to install them myself. Same with some other parts, finally figured out that it obviously had the bushing already installed as I was able to start the machine. although still no clue where the bushing go when I finally will need to replace them). There was no packing slip nor list of items that is supposed to come with the machine. ) one is left to their own devices to try to figure out how to put everything together .. All the screens appear to be exact duplicates of the others, nor are they labeled in any way that I could see :( ) Now for the good. It appears to be extremely well built! Based on what I see and feel, it was designed to last for a good many years (decades?) it is heavy, solid, not overly loud (don't get me wrong it is NOT quiet by any stretch of the imagination it is an industrial item after all). I have yet to put it through its paces in grinding some of my hard herbs. However, I anticipate it will pass those tests with flying colours. The machine itself is a 5/5, but for the lack of directions on installation and for parts. 4/5 As for their customer service? so far non existent (sent message via Facebook, asking some simple questions only response is no response ( 24 hrs so far)
